We know you are excited to get your Water Flosser we are too! That’s why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.
Due to the current global pandemic, logistics have been backlogged causing delays in shipping times. We're currently shipping directly from our manufacturer overseas to save shipping time as we cannot large hold large amounts of stock in Australia as they previously came via SeaFreight.
In the event that we are closed and unable to ship we will ship your orders at the earliest time possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and going out daily.
Please allow for extra time on your deliveries if the situation progresses. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in the events out of our control.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY WATER FLOSSER?
We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your Water Flosser as soon as possible. You will receive your Water Flosser usually within 12-20 business days of placing your order.
SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All shipping times are estimates. Once dispatched we do not hold any responsibility for the shipping time. If delays occur, then contact the courier company directly. Due to COVID-19, longer delivery times may occur due to delays with Australia Post.
- Water Floss Australia cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company (this includes any express postage). Discounts or refunds will not be offered due to shipping delays.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to enter the correct postal address. If you fail to do so and the parcel is dispatched, a refund will not be offered and the full amount will be charged.
- Lost parcels - Please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page as soon as you are aware your parcel has been lost, as well as contacting the courier company. Most parcels will not be lost and will turn up. Once it has been confirmed that your parcel has been lost by the courier company, a replacement item will be dispatched at no extra cost.
- In the unlikely event of the item arriving damaged, please take a photo of all packaging as well as the shipping label and contact us through out ‘Contact Us’ form.
