The Water Floss is an Australian owned and operated Company. Originating in Sydney, New South Wales.

 

HOW DO I USE MY FLOSSER 

  1. Fill the tank with water 
  2. Select a tip and click into the handle.
    Note: If this is the first use, set the pressure control dial to high. Point the tip into the sink and turn on until water flows. Turn unit off.
  3. Start with the lowest pressure setting, lean over the sink, place tip in your mouth.
  4. Turn on. Close lips enough to prevent splashing, let water flow from your mouth into sink.
  5. Aim the tip at the gumline.
  6. When finished, turn off.

We recommend that you use your Water Flosser twice daily to achieve maximum results. 

 

CAN I USE THE WATER FLOSSER IF I HAVE BRACES

Absolutely!!

The Water Flosser is perfect for those with braces, as it can reach places ordinary flossing cannot! Equipped with varying nozzles, the Water Flosser is GUARANTEED to fit and suit every mouth!

 

WILL THE WATER FLOSSER BE OK FOR MY SENSITIVE TEETH

Most Definitely!!

The Water Flosser has the ability to use warm water and is just as effective when doing so. So, if you have ultra-sensitive teeth/gums, the Water Flosser is perfect for you!

 

WILL THE PRESSURE HURT MY TEETH

The Water Flosser has adjustable pressure, giving you a thorough gum massage even on the most sensitive of gums. Starting at the lowest setting, you have the ability to slowly increase the pressure to suit your comfort levels.

And with the pulsing water jets, your flossing routine will now be much more comfortable than traditional string floss. Additionally, you have the ability to use warm water if you have ultra-sensitive teeth/gums.

 

CAN CHILDREN USE THE WATER FLOSSER

Yes, absolutely. We do recommend supervision when they start out to ensure the correct technique is used. We also recommend your kids start at the lowest pressure setting.

CAN I USE MOUTHWASH INSTEAD OF WATER

Mouthwash or other recommended antibacterial solutions can be used in the Water Flosser, however it is recommended to use no more than a 1:1 ratio of solution to water.

Should you wish to use any additives, run at least one-half reservoir of plain water through the flosser to flush the water pathway.

Do not use mouthwashes or additives that contain peroxide, iodine, water-insoluble concentrated oils (such as Tea Tree Oil), or baking soda, as the use of these items can reduce the product performance and will shorten the life of the unit.

 

CAN I USE MY FLOSSER IN THE SHOWER

Yes!!

The Water Flosser is certified  and is safe to use in the shower. Users must ensure the waterproof cap is inserted properly into the charging port before use in the shower.

 

WHERE ELSE CAN I GET A WATER FLOSSER FROM

The Water Flosser is available only online and is not yet available in stores.

While this may mean you have to wait a little longer for your Water Flosser, it means that we are able to pass on the savings directly to our customers by eliminating any additional over heads or charges.
